Attendee General pass: $15 for the early registration and $20 on the day of the event. This covers all day play (9am -10pm). People who register early are able to reserve space at games before the convention date. Any unfilled game sessions will be available to walk-in participants. Registration will become available in September 2024!

Game Hosts: Individuals hosting approved games have free entry! The initial submissions are closed, but feel free to send an message if you're interested!

Vendor Pass: $40 for space for a 6ft x 2 ¼ table area. The cost decreases $20 per session they run. We are out of Vendor slots! If you'd like to join the waiting list, contact us!

One Page Rules
All advertised games are tentative and are subject to change prior to the event.
Hosted role-playing games will be provided a three to four -hour block per session but may end earlier.
Miniature games and board games may have have either registration or rolling participation for attendees per game hosts preference.
There will be an hour break for lunch from 1 - 2pm and a dinner break from 5:30 - 6:30, where people are still welcome to use any unused tables during that time.
Any attendee is welcome to come and go all day, but we ask that no food is brought into the gaming area.
ArcaneCon is an All Ages Event! Minors 15 years or younger require a parent or guardian to be in attendance at all times.
